My Approach

I didn't set out to be a coach. I set out to be an artist. What I became, over 20 years, was a people leader — one who built creative teams, shaped products, and worked across organizations to get things done.

Over that time, I kept noticing the same thing: the people who grew the most — personally and professionally — were the ones who took feedback, looked inward, and made honest assessments of themselves. That's not easy to do on your own, and you can't get there through a standardized framework or a five-step plan.
